Pirates Cove Mini Golf

On a cloudy day my family and I went to Pirates Cove for mini golf. I wasn’t very excited because I didn’t really like golf. As I looked around I saw some pirate boats. There were lots of fake pirates and treasure too.

I got a blue putt-putt and a red ball. As we crossed the bridge I noticed how green the water was. I wondered why. It was very weird. Then I spotted some green fish. That was probably why. But I didn’t know.

We got to the first hole. It was a small area with a hole not far away from where we start. My sister went first. She got it in with 3 shots. I hoped I could beat her. My dad taught me how to hold the putt-putt. I got it in with 5 shots. I wished I could do better next time.

The second hole it was a teensy bit harder. My dad showed me where to put my I tried to make sure I hit it straight. 3 shots! I was very happy, even though my dad was better. After a few more times we got into a cave. There were many rocks so it was pretty hard. I got it in with 3 shots. The next one I got it inside the hole with two shots. I was getting better. I was happy. Jasmine ran on to the next one while I was waiting for my mom.

Jasmine started calling me. I went over. She pointed at the hole and said” There’s a pipe going down leading to somewhere.” The group from below us told us the ball was down there. I quickly put my ball in the hole and went down. I saw a pipe and my ball popped out of it. I told my mom we were down here.

After a while, we got to a one with water. My dad blocked the water. My sister hit the ball away from the water. My dad said good but then my cousin hit the ball and it went in the water! Then my mom found out the water pushes the ball into a pipe. We all tried to get it in the water on purpose. At first my ball wouldn’t go down the pipe but then it went down. There was another that led to the place where we ended golfing.

I wasn’t that bad with mini golfing. I hoped we could do it again because it was pretty fun. My favorite was the one with pipes. I liked how cool the one with pipes were. I hoped next time I could get even better.
